Less is More 3 Square challenge Take 2

I've already entered this card to Less is More but was unhappy with it.  Rushing at the last minute to put it all together before picking up the children from school.  Sigh if only we had all the time in the world to craft.  Anyways something I felt was niggling at me and it just wasn't quite what I had pictured.  So please bear with me but I decided to move the middle square.  Any better or just the same?

Hi again Suze
I think this is better than the first, but, it doesn't really sit quite right
But, that isnt meant to sound mean, but, you don't sound completely satisfied. It may possibly work better if they were the same size and either in a line of 3 or an L shape, with the for you in the black bit where a 4th square would be
Not asking you to faff about anymore, and Im really sorry I agree it's not 'quite' there
Your persistence is most gratifying and much appreciated

Aileen, I think this layout is much better - more pleasing to the eye. If I were to nitpick I'd put the sentiment in the bottom left corner. x

Looking at the two cards, this one is certainly a step in the right direction... it is much more pleasing to the eye than the first one... but as you say there's is still something that you are not happy about.
To have things out of line, is in fact much more difficult to pull off than to have things in line or at right angles.
The same thing applies to using squares of differing sizes... this is also a more difficult option.
Position and proportion are two of the most difficult things to get just right!
I am SO delighted that you are working so hard to become confident is this genre. Well done!

When I looked at this card and I thought Oooh thats lovely, so soft and pleasing to the eye until I read that you are not happy. After reading the comments. I thought mmmmmm maybe the first square should be slightly off balance. Its very difficult anyway I love it.
Thanks for the lovely comment on my blog.

I prefer this one. I really like the gorgeous colouring of your squares.

What a gorgeous heart stamp! And I love the pearls. Really cool. The only suggestion I would have is to try to place the heaviest elements at the bottom. Try turning your card upside down and I think you'll see what I mean.
