Several false starts later and this is the card I'm entering into this weeks challenge at Less is More. The challenge is to follow a recipe and this week it is to use 3 squares. Not as easy as it sounds.
I used the heart from the Hostess Set Punch Potpourri and sponged the edges with pear pizzazz and blushing bride. I tried out the rock and roll technique when stamping the hearts using the same colours of ink. The squares are mounted onto blushing bride card stock and a pearl added to each heart. The "for you" is from Occasional Greetings.
Thanks for looking. x

Very nice, Aileen, it really isn't quite as simple as it sounds is it? this Clean And Simple malarkey!

No it's not straight forward is it Aileen! Positioning and proportion are all important if the card is to leave us feeling satisfied.
This rock and roll technique is new to me... I had to look on YouTube to see what it was... you seem to have managed that quite well!
We hope to see you next time.

Don't know what rock and roll is apart from the dance, but if this is it, it looks lovely
