Each year on New Year's Day we go for a walk. My Aunt and my Mum come too, along with my Aunt's dog Teddy. No exceptions unless there's a Doctor's note - Hee Hee.
This year was very pleasant due to the mild weather we've been having. No snow to contend with and with the sun shining it was hard to believe it was the first of January.
I love to scrapbook but sadly it's been neglected this past year or two. As my resolution is to be better organised this year, I have decided to give myself a kick start by scrapping the 1st of Jan. In fact I've decided to try to scrap a photo taken each month and at the end of the year hopefully I'll have a journal of our year. I'm also hoping that this will get the old mojo going and perhaps I can tackle the mountain of photos waiting to be scrapped.
Would you like to join me on my quest? We could keep each other motivated. I've put together a kit with the papers I've used for this month.
Each month I'll select a new set of designer papers. You'll receive 6 12"x12" card stock, 6 12"x12" double sided pattern paper and some embellishments. For this months kit I've enclosed 3m Whisper White Organza Ribbon and some brights brads. The cost is £15 plus postage and packing.
So if you fancy joining in drop me an email on ails300@btinternet.com or call me on 07827923123 by the 16th January and perhaps we will get this year scrapped!

Well done on two counts here Aileen - the walk and doing the scrapbook page! Good luck with your new challenge, you'll end up with a great 2012 keepsake. xx
Great page, and your New Years walk sounds fun!
Like the sound of your New Year's walk. The set looks pretty, too! Valerie
You've done well to get straight into scrapbooking Aileen and that's a great resolution! Vicky x
