You Rock using Stampin' up!

You Rock!

Just saying cos you're here visiting me!

My card today is for Less is More using white space that's not white!

The card I've made started out differently in my head then evolved.  I'm very pleased with the end result but during the middle of the process was quite dubious.  Does that happen to you?

Here's the lowdown.

Start with a card base of Cherry Cobbler.
Cut a panel of Crumb Cake the same size as the front.  Punch out 3 little stars from the corner using Itty Bitty Accents.
Add freestyle paper pierced pattern around the edge.
Distress the edge with my Paper Snips.
Attach a panel of Cherry Cobbler the same size as Crumb Cake top panel.
Use Star Framelits to cut a large star out of top panel.
Cut a smaller star for insert.
Attach top panel with Dimensionals
Use the punch to add a silver star to middle.
Add Basic Rhinestones to the smaller stars.
Stamp sentiment from Crazy About You with Night of Navy.

I love using Cherry Cobbler. It's such a deep velvety red. Very lush and it goes very well with Crumb Cake. And no white used at all!

Hope you like.

xx
