14 and Simply Sassy!

My daughter turned 14 last weekend.  So grown up! It's a bit scary really, well for Mum and Dad!

I always like to do a special card for her birthday and decided to choose this rather Sassy lady to colour using my Copic Sketch pens.

Isn't she fab?  I've teamed her with Stampin' Up! products.  A stamped panel using Flower Shop In Basic Grey, Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz.  I then added a sentiment tag using Number of Years and the corresponding framelits. This set is super for adding numbers to your cards.

We took my daughter and her friends to Blair Drummond Safari Park for her birthday.  It was a brilliant day out.  The girls had a ball.  My daughter had a schedule all worked out so all my husband and I needed to do was have the picnic ready for them coming back to the car and of course being taxi drivers.

This weekend she is off on a Guiding camp.  Must be great being 14!!!

Yes, 14 is a good age. Love the card. My daughter just turned 50, which makes me feel very ancient! Have a fun weekend, hugs, Valerie
