Happy Halloween

The card I'm showing you today was for our Card Swap Group and the theme was autumn.

As we had been away for 3 weeks to Disney in Florida I had to get my skates on when we returned.  This was simples simples but such a lot of fun to do and I made two the same.  One of the girls got a wrong steer in the group and I ended up receiving two cards this month! So thought it only fair to give her one from me as well.

I used one of the fabulous hostess sets for my autumnal branches.  It's called Bloom With Hope and has lovely sentiments with it.  I turned the branch into autumn using my Blendabilities (and a pair of reading glasses!). A mat of gold really helps bring the warmth from the colours.  Some Linen Thread for the natural feel and a birdie out of a retired set of clips.  I've seen a few robins going  about lately so thought he was a good accessory to use.  Perfect Pennants gave me the perfect sentiment!

As yesterday was Halloween I thought I'd share a little pic from our hols.

Happy Halloween!

This was taken at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. We got ready at the park so it was a quick face paint job in the ladies for me!

Holly picking up her Trick or Treat stash.

Hope your night wasn't too spooky.
