.........a rabble of butterflies that is!
Happy Easter Everyone. Hope you have a lovely weekend planned with painting and rolling of eggs and lots of chocolate tomorrow!
My card for today is to fit the Less is More theme of three shades of green. I've made a flight of butterflies (or rabble) in a forest glen with a shaft of light shining down. My card base is Old Olive with a mat of Very Vanilla. The main panel is Whisper White sponged with Certainly Celery, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive around the edges. I stamped Lovely As A Tree in Pear Pizzazz in the bottom corner. The top corner branches are in Certainly Celery.
I used a Stampin' Write Marker to ink Birthday Wishes from Petite Pairs. I went over Birthday with the pen nib to make it stand out more.
The butterflies are die cut with the Beautiful Wings Embosslit. I decided to use the debossed side of the butterfly and added Basic Pearls to the middles.
I've only got 1 place left on my Stampers 6! If you would like to receive a parcel of goodies each month then check out the Virtual Hostess Page on my top bar and get in touch - ails300@btinternet.com. It would be lovely to hear from you!
Well I better let you get back to those eggs! Thanks for taking the time to come by and visit. A big Hi to Sandra I appreciate you following me!
