A Belated Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all my lovely blogger friends.  I hope 2016 fills you with joy!

I thought these party balloons from Celebrate Today were perfect for New Year. 

Of course I've added a bit of wow by punching one of the balloons with the Confetti Stars Border Punch.  Then backing it with Red Glimmer Paper. 

I've added a banner with the sentiment from the retired set Good Greetings, embossed in gold.
