CAS-ual Perfect Postage

A little reminder of the Perfect Postage set which is only available until the end of the month.

There are for 4 stamps in this set and for this card I've used the brambles, the only one I haven't used so far.

I inked them up using my Stampin' Write Markers, Pear Pizzazz and Concord Crush.  I stamped it twice.  Once onto a square of Whisper White and the other was punched out using the Postage Punch.  Have I said before how much I love this punch?  The perforated edges just tickle me.

I mounted the square onto a square of Concord Crush then added the second postage stamp on a couple of Dimensionals

The sentiment is from Happiest Birthday Wishes inked using the Concord Crush marker.  Card base is Whisper White.

I've followed the sketch over at CASual Fridays -

Hope you have had a great weekend.  A big welcome to Aud thanks for choosing to follow me.  Hope to see you often. x

Sending a Kiss Perfect Postage

Good morning everyone!

I've been playing with Perfect Postage again.  This time I stamped the hearts in Baja Breeze, Pool Party, Island Indigo and Not Quite Navy onto Very Vanilla.  I like the way the stamps line up, of course they are punched out using the Postage Stamp Punch.  The edges look fab.

The stamps are layered on Elegant Eggplant with some Linen Thread wrapped around the end.  I made a tag with the I" and 1 1/4" Circle Punches, punching out Very Vanilla and Not Quite Navy.  I used a brass eyelet from my stash and attached it with more Linen Thread.  The sentiment is from Petite Pairs and stamped in Not Quite Navy.

The background is Very Vanilla embossed with Perfect Polka Dots mounted onto Not Quite Navy.  The card base is Elegant Eggplant.

I'm going to enter this card into Simply Stampin' challenge which for this week is heartfelt.

Thanks for coming in past, I really do value your visit. x

Perfect Postage Hearts

Another Perfect Postage creation today this time using the heart stamp.  I was in town yesterday and was inspired by the navy and red colour scheme in one of the shops.  So decided to try it out on this card.

I love the heart stamp from Perfect Postage, it's perfect for this time of year.  I stamped it out four times in Real Red then punched it out using the Postage Stamp Punch.  The four stamps were attached to a Night of Navy panel on Dimensionals which in turn was mounted onto a Whisper White panel.  I then attached some Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon over one corner and added a Red Rhinestone Brad.

I love that Stampin' Up! has so many products that match and co-ordinate.  No more hunting around for that perfectly matching embellishment!

My sentiment is from Delightful Dozen.  I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to position the sentiment at the top left and bottom right corners.  I inked the sentiment with my Real Red Stampin' Write Marker so I could just pick up the words I wanted.  I then went over them using the nib end to define the words a little more.

Here's another formula for Sale-A-Bration

Perfect Postage £ 8.95 clear + Postage Stamp Punch £14.25 + Brights Stampin' Write Markers £ 23.95 = 1 free set

It's so easy to earn free stamp sets during Sale-A-Bration and who doesn't like a freebie?!!

It may be -3 outside but the sun is shining and that makes me happy.  Hope you are feeling happy too. x

I'm going to enter this card into The Friday Mashup - "All you need is love" which for this week is an inspiration photo.  All I saw was all those gorgeous hearts.
You can also mash it up with the following colours - Cherry Cobbler, Regal Rose, Whisper White.  If I have time this week I may have another go using these gorgeous colours.

Here's the supply list -

Perfect Postage Manly Birthday

A masculine Birthday card today using Delightful Dozen and Perfect Postage.  I thought it would be fun to use the candle cake stamp for a male.  So I followed the colours over at Simply Stampin'.

Aren't these fab together?  I stamped the birthday sentiment from Delightful Dozen in River Rock.  The candle cake is stamped in Not Quite Navy and punched it out with the co-ordinating Postage Stamp punch.  It was then popped up on a couple of Dimensionals.  This was matted onto Early Espresso.  I made three extra postage stamps using Solid Stripes in River Rock and Not Quite Navy.

Hope your week is going well.  x

Perfect Postage Bunny

"Hopping" in with a quick post today.

A clean and simple Birthday card using Perfect Postage stamp set. Doesn't the little bunny look cute holding his balloon?  He's having a little rest before hopping on over to the birthday party.

Looks a nice day where he is, fluffy white clouds in a blue sky.  Unfortunately not the same for us, we have a grey rainy day.  Perfect for crafting though!

I've followed the sketch over at LESS IS MORE -

Here's how I made the card -

The card base is Whisper White with a panel of Concord Crush.  I then made my scene on a smaller panel of Whisper White.  Firstly I inked up the bunny stamp using my Stampin' Write Markers - his body in Concord Crush and the Balloon in Poppy Parade.  I then stamped him and masked him using a post it note.  I added some Pear Pizzazz grass for him to stand on and sponged more Pear Pizzazz from my ink pad to make the hill and background using a post it mask for the horizon.  The sky is Pool Party and Island Indigo using the icing from Create A Cupcake to make a mask for the clouds.   My sentiment is also from Create A Cupcake and it's in Poppy Parade to match in with the colour of the balloon.

I really enjoyed making the scene in a narrow band and love the way it's turned out.  Hope despite whatever weather you are having today, that you are also having fun. x
