A Tea Shoppe cuppa

Fancy a cuppa?  As of tomorrow you could have this set winging it's way to you.  Tea Shoppe is another of the new stamp sets in the Summer Mini available from 1st May until 31st August.  

For my design I've followed the sketch at ISpy sketches.

Here's how I made the card.  I started with my colour coach and chose a colour palette of Marina Mist, Crumb Cake and Cajun Craze.  

The card base is Marina Mist with Crumb Cake mats.  I punched an Eyelet border down one side of the Crumb Cake and the Whisper White strip. Then stamped a pattern with the little flower in Marina Mist.  The top panel has the little flower stamped again but this time in Crumb Cake.  

Isn't the little sign adorable?  I stamped it in Cajun Craze and punched out with the Large Oval Punch.  Then matted it onto a Marina Mist Scallop Oval. 

The main panel is Whisper White stamped with the little cups in Cajun Craze.  I stamped some of the cups off first.  Then I stamped the large cup in Marina Mist and cut out.  It was attached with Dimensionals.  My fun sentiment is stamped in Cajun Craze and punched out with the Curly Label Punch.  I punched out the label twice more in Marina Mist to create a mat.  Then attached this tucking it slightly into the cup.

Motorbike 4 You and I Spy Sketches

Good morning!  I have a masculine card to share today.  

This one uses the Motorcycle stamped in Island Indigo and sponged around the edges with Pool Party.  It's mounted onto Island Indigo.  I've attached a tag with 4 You from Tiny Tags, punched out with the Jewellery Tag Punch but I snipped off the rounded top. 

The top paper in the background is from Paisley Petals and the bottom paper is out of the Neutrals Stack.  These were mounted onto Island Indigo with a strip of the same running over the join.  I stamped Happy Birthday from For My Family in Island Indigo onto the patterned paper.   The card base is Pool Party. 

I've followed the sketch over at I Spy Sketches. 

I'm also going to pop this into Make My Monday which is Male Sports or Hobbies.  (My Hubbies hobby is Motorbikes)

Happiest Birthday Wishes goes Vintage

Well I've had 3 challenges buzzing round my head today and here's what I came up with.  

The card base is Early Espresso with a Peach Parfait mat.  I then added a Very Vanilla panel with the corners punched using the 1/2" Circle Punch and roughed up the edges with my paper snips.  I stamped the medallion stamp from Happiest Birthday Wishes in Early Espresso twice then again in Calypso Coral.  The centers were punched out using the 1 1/4" Circle Punch and the 1" Circle Punch with the last circle popped up on a Dimensional. 

I attached some Victoria lace ribbon to some Linen Thread and then finished off the card with   Some Basic Pearls.  

Well I hope I've complied to the different challenges.  I'm sure the ladies will tell me if I haven't.
