I needed to make a birthday card for my father so these colours really suited. Quite masculine I thought. For the squares I've made a patterned background using the little pine cone from Lovely as a Tree. The background mat is from the Brights paper stack and the base is Chocolate Chip. My sentiment is from the retired Happiest Birthday Wishes and is stamped in Cherry Cobbler. I used my square punch to make a ribbon tag and added a button from the neutrals set to one end. Don't know what my Dad will make of the button but I think it looks quite nice.
So a nice change from all the christmas projects. We have proper snow now. Hope it's ok where you are. x
