Pocket Silhouettes goes neutral


Yahoo it's Saturday and a new challenge over at LESS IS MORE, which for this week is to use neutrals.

For my card I've chosen a card base of Very Vanilla then added a panel of some textured River Rock.  Onto this is some Whisper White stamped with the Woodgrain stamp in Crumb Cake.  I then stamped some Pocket Silhouettes along the bottom in Early Espresso. Stamping off the the side images first.  The edges were sponged with River Rock.  

I used a 1 1/4" circle punch to punch a semi circle from the top edge.  The sentiment is from Happiest Birthday Wishes and was stamped twice.  Then punched out using 1/1/4" circle and 1" circle punches.  The outside circle was sponged with River Rock and the inside popped up on a Dimensional.  I added some of the smallest Basic Pearls to the grasses and the sentiment to finish off.

Ink - Crumb Cake, Early Espresso
Stamps - Woodgrain, Pocket Silhouettes, Happiest Birthday Wishes
Punch - 1 1/4" Circle, 1" Circle
Other - Basic Pearls, Dimensionals

    Love the stamps you've used Aileen, a perfect combination! I like the way the punched out piece then has the sentiment cradled in the curve:) I love the neutral set of stamp pads, I think I use them more than any others!!
